Juneau Alaska

We came into Juneau and saw all these waterfalls...the mountains that Juneau is nestled in are green and beautiful.  Again, there was an eagle in one of the trees as a sentinal guarding the town.

Rhonda and I took the tram up Roberts Mountain...took a picture from atop the mountain.  We saw a film at the center and then had to go back down to meet Amy's mom, Ann who picked us up and took us around the sights in Juneau.  The first one was the Mendenhall glacier.  As we walked up the the look out stand a small bear came close to the walking path and we were warned to be very quiet...mama would come to defend if the baby started to cry for help.  Not sure we wanted that close of an encounter!

cute crowd..and mama Ann right with all of us...
